our Taskman are verified, trained and skilled. Most of them have appropriate
experience in cooking and hospitality industry. Further, they undergo regular
periodic trainings to update their skills and knowledge.
Once
you book a service with BMT. Our Team or the Taskman calls you to confirm the
online booking, understand the requirement, share the list of material and
visits you at the scheduled time. After discussion of the requirement the
Taskman provides you an estimate (time / cost) for preparation of the meal and
if any additional material or consumable is required. Based on your approval,
the Taskman executes the work. After your satisfactory approval, he provides an
Invoice and complete documentation for call. Our Taskman leaves your premises
after cleaning any mess or clutter generated by him during the work.
Yes.
Since our Taskman incur conveyance and also spend time on each inspection we
charge an Inspection Fee of INR 200 in case you call for Inspection or call
them for certain job and decide not to get it done after inspection. In case
after Inspection you decide to get the job done, the Inspection Fees is adjusted
against the service charge. Further, You also get an Invoice for all our
charges.
To
resolve arbitrary and subjective pricing policy our charges are fixed and you
can truly get unlimited work done in a fixed price.
Yes,
our charges mentioned are inclusive of all applicable taxes. In case there is
any additional charge due to any reason we shall upfront inform the same to you
and get your approval before the work.
No
warranty is applicable on the Chef-à-Home service.
You
can pay online or by cash. You can pay through Net Banking, Debit & Credit
Cards, PayTM & Online transfer. Also after the work completion you can
request a payment link for direct online payment or via our App.
